What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal; Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards; and ACH Payments - manual bank transfer payments, standing orders, or direct debit.

How many licenses do I need for my office?

AdvisorGo licenses:  The number of licenses will be based on the numbers of advisors that are actively creating wealth management strategies and plan for their clients.  For further questions, please contact us and we can assist you in determining the number of licenses needed.

ClientGo licenses:  Advisors choose which of their clients have access to ClientGo. ClientGo licenses are not used until the adviser sends an invitation for the client to access. If the client never accesses ClientGo or the advisor chooses to revoke the license, the license is able for reissue the license to another client.

What ongoing services and support do you offer post-purchase?

Voyant offers comprehensive training resources, including tutorials, webinars, and documentation, to help users maximize the benefits of the platform. Our award-winning support team is always available to address any queries or concerns you may have.

How do I register for a free trial?

1. Visit the Voyant website at www.planwithvoyant.com.

2. Click the "Free Trial" link top-right or in the center of the home page.

3. A form will be displayed, enter your personal details in the form and create a username and password.

4. Click “Service Agreement” to read our Terms of Service, then check the box to accept the Service Agreement and click “Submit.”

5. The software will display your new profile. Be sure to click “Submit” again to confirm For additional assistance, contact support@planwithvoyant.com

Do you offer data migration services?

Voyant offers integrations with the following partner service providers – back office systems, risk profiling tools, trading and wrap platforms, data aggregation services, fund pricing feeds and other data providers. Please contact Voyant Support for further assistance. We will gladly turn on any of these integration services for our subscribers and trialists, provided they have made arrangements with the integration partner as subscribers or trialists of their services.

Do you have a document vault to store shared files?

Yes, financial advisors and clients can upload and share documents in our secure Voyant Vault.

Which web browsers are compatible with Voyant?

AdvisorGo is a web application that runs in a web browser. Its operational requirements are minimal. All you will need to run it is a modern browser, an internet connection, and a Voyant advisor (or auxiliary) user account.

How do you ensure the security and safety of my clients’ data?

Can my clients also use Voyant?

Yes, with ClientGo, the Voyant platform can be used by clients to help visualize their future.

What platforms is Voyant integrated with?

You can find our integration partners by clicking on Integrations under the Resources menu. If we don't have one of your service providers on the list, we can integrate with any solution, dependent on demand among our subscribers, a willingness to work with us, and a technological fit.

What are the system requirements needed to run Voyant’s financial advisor software?

At Voyant, our enterprise solution is custom-fit, not one-size-fits-all.  In partnership, we will tailor your instance with the features and functionality that serve your firm and your clients the best. Our engineers will shape a Voyant experience that is 100% yours based on your unique needs.

What integrations with other financial advisor tools do you currently support?

AdviserGo is a web application that runs in a web browser. Its operational requirements are minimal. All you will need to run it is a modern browser, an internet connection, and a Voyant adviser (or auxiliary) user account.  Note: These are our supported browsers and mobile operating systems. Older versions could potentially work, but the application may not perform as expected - e.g. buggy animations and/or odd looking CSS styles.

Do you offer data migration services?

Voyant currently offers integrations with the following partner service providers - back-office systems, risk profiling tools, trading and wrap platforms, data aggregation services, fund pricing feeds and other data providers.  Please contact Voyant Support for further assistance. We will gladly switch on any of these integration services for our subscribers and trialists, provided they have made whatever arrangements are necessary with the integration partner as subscribers or trialists of their services.
